Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was pretty basic, which is good. The only thing I wish it had is the light switches by the bed instead of the one for everything near the entrance. The rooms were clean but not necessarily what we expected. The location was only around 10% full the whole time we were there, so I really don't see why this was an issue, especially as I was protecting a 3-year-old from the sun. The dining was good but a bit pricey. I enjoyed everything, but it could have had more variety.
I stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms had a bit of a smoky smell and felt slightly cold, but they were spacious and well-equipped with a kitchen and living area. The service was a hit or miss – on one hand, they took great care of us and accommodated a last-minute reservation, but on the other hand, the staff seemed poorly trained and lacking good customer service. The location was very convenient, right next to a shopping center and cinema complex, but the construction around was a bit of a downside. The dining experience, particularly the rooftop brunch, was fresh and delicious. The hotel facilities were adequate, but nothing exceptional stood out.
The hotel is situated in the high-end Brickell area of Miami, offering a cozy atmosphere with its own bar. While the spacious rooms are nicely furnished, the lack of privacy due to facing condos across the street is a downside. The service is warm and welcoming, though some staff members may lack attentiveness. The basic dining options could have more variety, but the make-your-own pancake machine adds a fun touch. The location within Brickell City Center is convenient, with access to the restaurant inside the hotel but also comes with a high price tag for some amenities.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a fabulous, huge bed but lacks storage options. The location is amazing with plenty of sitting areas for relaxation. Dining is limited and pricey. Service can be inconsistent, with instances of luggage assistance but also disruptions like early wake-up calls.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nicely sized with a huge bed, soft linen, and comfy pillows, but lacking a dresser for clothes storage. The shower and toilet area design may suit couples more than solo travelers. The location provided easy access to a nearby mall and a pleasant waterfront walk, although the lack of privacy in the bathroom was a drawback. Dining at Quinta was expensive and the choices were not very appealing.
The hotel is situated in the lovely Brickell area, with rooms designed for couples, featuring charming simplicity and quality toiletries. The location is exceptional, offering convenient access to shops and facilities.
My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. On the positive side, the hotel has a mall and shopping area downstairs with good restaurants, and the service is very helpful and service-minded. However, the rooms were very cold, and the service came with an unexpected cost of $40 a night. Overall, it was a decent stay with some drawbacks.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel! My room was gorgeous on the 34th floor with spectacular skyline and water views. The decor was modern and clean, and I loved the hi-tech panels for the lighting. Having a balcony was fantastic but it could get a bit noisy at times. The service was a bit hit or miss, with staff sometimes walking in without knocking, but they were helpful with any questions I had and took care of my luggage securely.
The hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, despite being a bit on the smaller side, were super clean and nicely decorated with modern amenities. The staff, especially Jordano from the pool, were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the chaos in the hotel was poorly managed. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few drawbacks.
The hotel was in a convenient location near a mall and close to shops, offering a relaxed vibe despite its small size. The dining experience was hit or miss with basic options, but the rooms were stunning, even better than expected for a pre-cruise stay.
The hotel has a fantastic location right in downtown Miami, close to many restaurants and attractions. The rooms are of a very good standard and come with a small toiletries kit, making the stay comfortable. However, some service aspects, like the reservation requirements in certain areas, could improve.
The hotel is conveniently attached to a mall, making shopping easy, and it's close to a nice walk by the water. The rooms were spacious, more like apartments, making me feel at home. The service was average, not overly friendly but decent. The dining experience at Quinta was exceptional, with amazing food and a perfect vibe. The location in the Brickell area was great for exploring shops and being near the Miami Port for cruise departures.
